What You’ll Be Doing:

• Meta Ads Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Data & Analytics: Track and analyze daily campaign performance, budgets, engagement metrics, and ROI to recommend improvements.
• AI Marketing: Utilize advanced AI tools for copywriting, content creation, customer communication, and WhatsApp engagement.
• Brand Quality Control: Ensure all AI-generated content and marketing assets align with company branding and standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm, design, and produce high-converting digital materials and visuals.
• Innovation: Explore new AI tools and stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and e-commerce.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience in Meta Ads, Performance Marketing, or E-Commerce is an added advantage (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply—training is provided).
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Soft Skills: Good communication skills, a teamwork mindset, and a proactive attitude.
• Tech Savvy: A strong interest in digital marketing trends and exploring AI tools.
