We are looking for a driven and hands-on Technical Product Specialist to join our growing team. You will be involved in building a next-generation communication ecosystem, integrating IP Phone hardware, Cloud CRM, and AI solutions. This is a hybrid role combining product planning, project execution, and cross-team coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Translate business ideas into clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
• Support the design of end-to-end product experience across hardware and software.
• Assist in managing product roadmap, timelines, and releases.
• Work closely with R&D and Technical to ensure smooth delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing for product positioning and launch activities.
• Liaise with relevant parties on product specifications and improvements.
• Monitor product performance and support continuous enhancement.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Product, Technical Executive, or similar role
• Exposure to hardware, IoT, or system integration is an advantage
• Basic understanding of API, VoIP, SIP, or system workflows
• Familiarity with PBX, CRM, or communication systems is a plus
• Strong documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams
