Responsible for operating and maintaining surveillance equipment, watching both live and recorded video surveillance footage, reporting incidents or suspicious behavior and contacting the authorities when necessary.

Responsibilities: -

• Monitor security operations via CCTV systems.
• Monitor staff behaviour and performance through CCTV surveillance.
• Responsible for operating and maintaining surveillance equipment, observing both live and recorded CCTV footage, reporting suspicious behaviour, and contacting the Operations Department when necessary.
• Effectively monitor and control all cameras, and take appropriate action based on observed incidents.
• Must be highly observant with strong concentration skills and the ability to multitask and monitor multiple activities simultaneously.
• An excellent multitasker, as the control room is the centre of operations, requiring the ability to manage a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
• Perform Security & Fire Control Room duties.
• Respond promptly to all types of emergencies.
• Prepare daily reports and key observations during monitoring to ensure all suspicious or high-risk activities are recorded and properly followed up.
• Conduct daily audits of CCTV system availability and functionality.
• Must demonstrate diligence, integrity, and accuracy, and ensure strict confidentiality of all information in compliance with company standards and regulations.
• All CCTV operators are required to maintain strict confidentiality of all systems, procedures, recordings, and related information, and must not disclose any information outside the Control Room unless authorised.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification.
• Able to work night shift (8:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.)
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
