Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth business performance
• Ensure stores comply with company procedures, policies, and operational standards
• Assist in manpower planning and weekly scheduling
• Handle cash management and ensure accuracy in sales collections and banking processes
• Support inventory and stock ordering processes
• Ensure company assets and operational resources are properly maintained
• Deliver excellent customer experiences while maintaining product quality and SOP standards
• Create and participate in social media content during working hours, ensuring at least one (1) post is published on store during working days
• Performs any ad-hoc tasks/responsibilities by the superior

Requirements:

• Degree holders in any related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Passionate and willing to build a career in the F&B industry
• Willing to work on rotational shifts especially on weekends & public holidays
• Excellent communication skills to communicate across all levels and customers
• Possess own transportation

Pay: RM2,700.00 per month
