Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools required for field service.

Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions or equipment upgrades.

Ensure all repairs comply with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.

Coordinate with the operations team to schedule maintenance without disrupting client operations.

Maintain accurate service records, including parts used, repair actions taken, and equipment condition.

Respond promptly to service requests and breakdowns at client locations.

Perform on-site diagnosis, repair, and servicing of cleaning equipment including but not limited to:

• Floor sweepers (manual and ride-on)
• Auto scrubbers
• Industrial vacuum cleaners
• High-pressure washers
• Burnishers and polishers

Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety.

Provide basic training to client staff on equipment handling and care, if required.

Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and client site regulations.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
