Full Time IT Systems - Applications Specialist Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,200 in Irkaz Holdings Sdn Bhd Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Systems & Applications Specialist to join our team. The role is responsible for researching, installing, configuring, and maintaining company software systems, web platforms, and business applications to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Software & System Setup

• Source, evaluate, and recommend software solutions based on business requirements.
• Install, configure, and test software applications and system components.
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

2. System Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Monitor system performance, usage, and security alerts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, application, and configuration issues.
• Maintain logs and documentation of issues, resolutions, and system changes.

3. Website & Online Platform Management

• Maintain and update company website content and backend configuration.
• Coordinate with vendors or developers for website upgrades or fixes.
• Monitor website performance, uptime, and security.

4. User Support & Training

• Provide 2nd-level support for software and applications after hardware troubleshooting.
• Guide users in proper usage of systems and software tools.
• Prepare user manuals or quick guides for internal applications.

5. System Enhancement & Projects

• Work with management to identify areas for digital improvement.
• Implement system enhancements, integrations, and updates.
• Test and deploy new features or applications in line with IT best practices.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen only
• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Experience with software installation, configuration, and administration.
• Familiarity with database systems, website CMS, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and access controls.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
