Overall Job Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on exposure to a dynamic work environment. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical HR knowledge across key areas such as recruitment, learning and development and employee engagement. The intern will collaborate closely with HR professionals and contribute to daily operations while building a strong foundation in Human Resources practices.

Job Description

• Provide administrative and operational support across various HR functions.
• Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment events.
• Assist with employee data management and documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and reporting tasks as assigned.
• Support internal communication and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good level of technical literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital tools (Instagram, Tiktok)
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, systems, and HR tools quickly.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Responsible, dependable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
