Job Description:

• Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website, etc.)
• Upload, update and optimize product listings for car care and automotive products
• Monitor sales performance, stock availability, pricing, and promotions across platforms
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and stock accuracy
• Plan and execute online campaigns, promotional activities, flash sales, and bundle promotions
• Work closely with marketing/live host team to improve online sales performance
• Analyze sales data, customer buying trends, and competitor activities
• Respond to platform performance issues and ensure smooth - marketplace operations
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and recommend improvement strategies
• Ensure product descriptions, images, and content are updated and attractive to customers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in E-commerce / Marketplace management
• Experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or website
• Preferably from automotive, car accessories, car care, or retail industry
• Energetic, fast learner, proactive, and able to work in fast-paced environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and reporting
• Mandarin speaking is an added advantage (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking team/suppliers)

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
