• Prepare and process sales quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and filing systems for easy access and reference
• Liaise with customers regarding order status, product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate closely with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
• Prepare and consolidate sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking for management review.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally, escalating issues where necessary.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding quotations, orders, and payments.
• Provide administrative support for marketing and promotional activities, including customer events, trade shows, and campaigns.
• Support the sales team in preparing documentation, tender submissions, and contract agreements.
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with supply chain/warehouse teams to prevent shortages and delays.
• Assist in new product development processes, maintain product documentation, and update product catalogues monthly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
• Comply with all company rules and regulations as outlined in the appointment letter and employee handbook.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
