Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, chat, email, and ticketing systems
  • Handle complaints and provide professional support
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary

Agent Coordination

  • Liaise with agents to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Ensure proper follow-up and customer updates

Ticket Management

  • Manage and close support tickets within timeline
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements

Customer Experience

  • Deliver positive and professional customer service
  • Collect customer feedback and support service improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Communications, Customer Service, or related field
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries
  • Familiar with WhatsApp Business, CRM, or ticketing systems
  • Well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
