Requirements

- 3-5 years of working experiences

- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, Chemical Process Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related field (Open for Diploma holders ONLY)

- Experience and well knowledge in wafer fab semiconductor front-end processes (Focus on Lithography, Etch, Implant, CVD, Diffusion)***

- Proficient in English***

- 4-3 working rotation / Remote from office (non-hands-on role)

- Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts (9am–9pm)

- Overtime & allowances provided

What You Will Do

- Monitor and analyze SPC/FDC charts in accordance with CAS/SOP

- Review setup data and release tools following standard procedures

- Troubleshoot process-related issues and ensure accurate documentation & pass-down

- Support engineers in process improvement, qualification, and new equipment activities

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
