Responsibilities:
Technical Sales Support
- To understand Client RFQ for their application
- Propose suitable solution based on client requirement and needs
- Stay up-to-date with Beckhoff new product and its features
- Perform SWOT and market analysis and work with Sales Team to develop specific sales strategies
- Provide information and support to help the salesperson to achieve their sales target
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
Operation Sales Support
- Coordinate with the operation department for customer PO, deliveries, and invoice generation
- Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on monthly sales and order
- Keep record of sales and order trends via D365, CRM and Excel tools
- Respond to customer enquiry via phone call and emails
- Lead the logistic department to arrange on the deliveries for customers in Northern region
- Reports to HQ Logistics departmental head from time to time pertaining to logistics matters
- Maintaining the proper warehouse processes and stocks management
Qualifications:
- Preferably degree in Industrial Automation, Engineering or comparable technical qualification
- 1 - 3 years of experience in sales support for industrial automation. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good knowledge of the Malaysian automation market will be an advantage
- Proactive, self-starter and team-oriented
