GSH Precision Technology Hiring! Full Time Head of Milling in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Milling production activities and manpower allocation.
• Ensure machining operations meet engineering specifications and quality requirements.
• Monitor machine performance, tooling condition, and production efficiency.
• Coordinate machine setup, fixture preparation, and tooling arrangements.
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues to minimize downtime.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, CAD/CAM files, and machining processes.
• Ensure production schedules and delivery timelines are achieved.
• Implement and maintain 5S, safety, and ISO quality procedures.
• Conduct training and performance coaching for machinists and machine operators.
• Work closely with Production, QA, Engineering, and Maintenance departments.
• Monitor KPIs such as output, rejection rate, machine utilization, and cycle time.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Milling or precision machining environment.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team-leading experience.
• Strong knowledge of Milling machines, tooling, cutting parameters, and machining processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T specifications.
• Familiar with CAD/CAM software and precision measuring instruments.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, lean manufacturing, and 5S practices is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet production deadlines.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
