Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily production planning and scheduling activities.
• Monitor work orders, production progress, and delivery schedules.
• Update production records, reports, and inventory data accurately.
• Coordinate with production supervisors to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Prepare and release job orders, production documents, and work instructions.
• Track material availability and coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse departments.
• Support shipment planning and delivery coordination.
• Maintain ERP system data and production documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Assist in stock count and inventory control activities.
• Coordinate with Engineering and QA departments for production support.
• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, 5S, and company safety standards.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2 - 3 years experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing coordination is preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production flow is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
