Job Scope – QC Technician (Fresh Graduate)

Product Quality Support

• Assist in inspecting raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet product specifications.
• Operate and maintain basic measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) under supervision.

Testing & Measurement

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional checks as instructed by the supervisor or engineer.
• Support testing activities in the production or laboratory area according to work instructions.
• Record inspection and test results accurately in the provided checklists or reports.

Documentation & Reporting

• Assist in preparing inspection records, checklists, and non-conformance reports (NCR).
• Ensure quality documents are properly filed and updated for easy traceability.

Defect Identification & Support

• Identify and report product defects, abnormalities, or deviations to the supervisor or engineer.
• Support production teams in implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Compliance & Safety

• Follow company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety rules during inspection and testing activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.

Continuous Learning & Improvement

• Participate in on-the-job training to enhance technical and quality knowledge.
• Provide feedback or suggestions to improve product quality and inspection processes.

Job Requirements – QC Technician (Fresh Graduate)

Education:

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of quality control concepts and inspection methods.
• Familiar with measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Able to follow work instructions and maintain accurate inspection records.
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining product accuracy and quality.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, and Email).

Other Requirements:

• Willing to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Working hours: Day shift only (morning until evening).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Note: The company is currently improving its quality system and practices to achieve higher standards of product and process quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
