Job Summary

We are looking for a System Analyst with strong technical understanding and project coordination experience to support IT initiatives within a banking and financial services environment.

The ideal candidate should have experience in SDLC, IT infrastructure, IT security, stakeholder management, and project delivery. Exposure to banking technology and consumer banking systems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support project delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders and management.
• Coordinate project plans, schedules, documentation, and reporting activities.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, audit requirements, and IT governance standards.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams for successful project implementation.
• Support project documentation and reporting using standard templates and tools.
• Assist in system analysis, issue resolution, and project coordination activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Experience in System Analyst / Technical Analyst / IT Analyst roles.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, software development, access management, and IT security.
• Experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Consumer Banking business and technology is preferred.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.

Preferred Skills

• Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
• Exposure to IT governance, audit, and compliance environments.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: RM2,881.38 - RM11,000.00 per month
