Responsibilities
This role aims to provide a level of quality customer service to all clients & members, unsurpassed in the hospitality industry. You will work closely with your Operations colleagues, collaborating with other department teams to facilitate the Centre operations and address our Members’ needs.
Through the establishment and maintenance of excellent client relations, you will act as the ‘face’ of TEC and act as the first-class support function for all our in-house and external Members.
As an experienced individual contributor and task leader, you will be asked to both teach others to do the work and to manage the work itself, maintaining your strong customer service instincts, attention to detail and proactive approach to managing our Members.
