Job Description

• Maintain smooth and efficient operation of the designated section at the restaurant and/or lounge area
• Assist the Sommelier in all wine services in restaurant and/or lounge area
• Maintain food & beverage and service quality standards, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Understand guests’ needs and deliver excellent service
• Assist in restaurant duties as assigned

Looking for…

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Working experience in Japanese restaurant preferred
• Eager to learn about Wine/Sake (preference for candidates with WSET Level 1-2 or equivalent)
• Interest in learning more about food, wine and hospitality
• Adaptable to changing needs and demands, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
