Arthrex is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. Arthrex is actively seeking a Sr SAP SuccessFactors Business Systems Analyst to be responsible for facilitating process improvements engaging HR business and IT, as well as design and/or configure, analyze, implement, test, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors applications for APAC regional use. Excellent communications and analytical skills, and strong technical project management skills will be essential for this position. About the Role


The Sr SAP SuccessFactors Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for facilitating process improvements engaging HR business and IT, as well as design and/or configure, analyze, implement, test, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors applications for APAC regional use.


Responsibilities


  • Understand business processes and recommend effective system solutions
  • Gather, refine, and document business and functional requirements
  • Configure, test, and support SAP SuccessFactors applications
  • Manage user access, system performance, issue resolution, and maintenance
  • Support UAT, training, and end-user support
  • Monitor system performance and ensure stability, integration, and data integrity
  • Lead or support projects, enhancements, and process improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and align priorities
  • Prepare documentation (requirements, process flows, test cases)
  • Ensure compliance with quality, audit, and change control processes


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5 + years of relevant work experience required


Required Skills

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Core), Onboarding 2.0, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Recruiting Marketing (RCM/RMK) is required.
  • Experience with talent acquisition AI tools is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Successfactors Story Reports and other SAP reporting tools or PowerBI is preferred.
  • Previous experience with SAP ECC (on-premise) HCM Organization Management and Personnel Administration (OM/PA) is preferred.
  • In depth knowledge of several HR business functions required.
  • Previous involvement in the deployment or optimization of an ERP and/or HRIS system is a plus.
  • Experience with Learning Management (LMS) and/or Performance Management & Goals Management (PM/GM) is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with test management and automation tools is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
