Responsibilities
Job Description
Support QA / QC activities to ensure product quality and compliance.
Review quality records, test results, inspection reports and production documents.
Assist in non-conformance, customer complaints, CAPA and improvement actions.
Support internal / external audits and quality system implementation.
Maintain SOPs, quality documents, reports and compliance records.
Coordinate with production, laboratory and other departments on quality matters.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Science, Quality or related field.
Experience in QA / QC / quality assurance / quality control is an advantage.
Knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP, SOP, audit, CAPA or quality documentation is preferred.
Good documentation, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and coordinate with different teams.
