The Role: Impact & Responsibilities

• L2 Technical Expertise: Act as the primary technical point for cloud incidents, providing end-to-end troubleshooting for networking, database, and system-level issues.
• System Assurance: Use advanced diagnostic tools to proactively identify risks in critical architectures and implement stability solutions for global enterprise clients.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Product and Engineering teams to track bugs and customer requirements, driving platform-wide improvements.
• Cloud Solutions: Support enterprise customers in designing and implementing high-performance cloud architectures.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in Cloud Computing, IT Support, DevOps, or System Operations.
• Technical Core: Strong hands-on experience with Linux/Windows and Networking (TCP/IP).
• Data & Scripting: Proficiency in at least one database (e.g., MySQL, Redis, MongoDB) and scripting (Python, Java, or Shell).
• Specialization: Knowledge in at least two domains: Containers (K8s), Security, Big Data, Middleware, or SRE.
• Communication: Ability to facilitate technical discussions in both Mandarin and English.
