Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Salary

RM 4,000 – RM 6,000

Responsibilities

• Handle EP / PVP / DP application, renewal and cancellation
• Follow up application status and ensure timely completion
• Liaise with government authorities such as Immigration Department of Malaysia, Expatriate Services Division, MYXpats Centre, MDEX
• Prepare and submit required documents
• Maintain and update visa records
• Handle rejection cases or additional document requests
• Support overseas visa applications (business travel / relocation)
• Assist with document preparation for different countries
• Answer staff enquiries related to visa matters
• Follow through the process until approval

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in EP / visa handling (required)
• Familiar with Malaysia immigration process (ESD / MYXpats)
• Basic knowledge of overseas visa application is an advantage
• Detail-oriented and careful with documentation
• Able to handle multiple cases
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Word
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
• Able to handle EP applications independently

工作内容

• 负责EP / PVP / DP申请、续签及取消
• 跟进申请进度，确保按时完成
• 对接政府单位，如移民局、ESD、MYXpats, MDEX
• 准备并提交相关文件
• 管理及更新签证记录
• 处理拒签或补资料情况
• 协助办理海外签证（出差 / 外派）
• 准备不同国家所需资料
• 回答员工签证相关问题
• 跟进整个流程直到批准

岗位要求

• 具备1–3年EP / 签证处理经验（必须）
• 熟悉马来西亚签证流程（Mdex/ESD / MYXpats）
• 有海外签证经验更佳（如日本、澳洲、欧洲等）
• 做事细心，文件处理准确
• 能同时处理多个case
• 会基本Excel和Word
• 能使用英文及马来文沟通（会中文更佳）
• 能独立处理EP申请
