Legend Interiors Hiring! Full Time Business Development Manager (Senior) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Legend Interiors is a Hong Kong based award winning Interior fit-out specialist with 11 offices across Asia. Our Malaysia office is looking for a talented, client facing Business Development Manager or Seniopr Business Development Manager to aid with ongoing and new project wins.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities in Southeast Asia with a focus in Malaysia market
• Take initiative to develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Develop and execute prospecting strategies to identify and acquire new clients. To collaborate with Legend SEA team for regional roll-out
• Maintain existing business
• Think critically when planning to assure project success
• Prepare and submit RFI and RFQ documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
• Existing contacts with retail brand, architects, designers, shopping mall landlord, building owners and project management consultants will be preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Good command of written and spoken English. Mandarin would be a benefit.
• Able to work independently and has good initiatives.
• Able to work in Kuala Lumpur City, Malaysia (On-site)
