Job Description

Responsibilities

This role supports business growth through B2B partnership activities with clinics, healthcare providers, and corporate partners. The position focuses on identifying potential collaboration opportunities, supporting partner engagement, and assisting in initiatives that contribute to the growth of the retail pharmacy network.


Responsibilities:


B2B Partnership Support

  • Assist in identifying and engaging clinics, healthcare providers, and corporate partners for potential collaborations.
  • Support the development of pharmacy partnerships, referral programs, and related healthcare initiatives.
  • Help source new B2B opportunities to support business expansion.


Business Development & Market Support

  • Support execution of business development activities to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition through partnerships.
  • Conduct basic market research on trends, competitors, and potential partnership opportunities.


Relationship Management

  • Maintain positive working relationships with clinic staff, healthcare professionals, and business partners.
  • Serve as a supporting contact point for assigned partnership accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations and Marketing to ensure smooth execution of partnership activities.


Coordination & Administration

  • Assist in preparing partnership proposals, agreements, and supporting documentation.
  • Follow up on partnership implementation and ensure proper record keeping.
  • Track basic partnership performance and assist in preparing reports for management.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or related roles.
  • Experience in healthcare, retail pharmacy, or FMCG industries is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Basic analytical and coordination skills.
  • Must possess own vehicle for work-related travel.
