• Product Strategy & Vision:
• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Guardian E-Commerce.
• Align the E-Commerce’s capabilities with business goals and vendor needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with vendors, internal teams (e.g., procurement, supply chain, IT), and leadership to gather requirements and prioritize features.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer feedback and ensure their needs are addressed.
• Product Development:
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on time and within budget.
• Write clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• User Experience:
• Ensure the E-Commerce app and site is intuitive, user-friendly, and meets the needs of diverse vendor personas.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the platform.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of the E-Commerce app and site.
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Compliance & Security:
• Ensure the portal complies with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement robust data protection measures.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in the vendor portal.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance vendor engagement and operational efficiency.

Do you have experience in Digital Product Management and E-Commerce?

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience:
• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with customer-facing or E-Commerce platforms.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of web-based platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
