KGiSL Hiring! Full Time Billing Analyst (Fresh Graduate) in Selangor - Ricebowl

Scope of Work:

• Guide Business Units (BUs) in completing MEF forms per IRB EI requirements.
• Prepare and upload manual adjustment files to CES for exceptional handling.
• Act as helpdesk support for CES usage and enquiries.
• Assist customers with invoice (EI) copies and related queries.
• Monitor IRB EI updates and ensure compliance.
• Raise Jira tickets for system errors, enhancements, or CES-related issues.
• Support BU/IT in troubleshooting and perform UAT testing when required.
• Participate in DRP/BCP testing and coordinate with IT/vendors for CES developments.

Requirement

• Fresh graduates who have completed internships in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or Actuarial fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with business users and customers.
• Internship experience related to billing or invoicing will be an added advantage.
