Job Description

Responsibilities

PUROSE

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive who is fluent in both English and Mandarin to support daily customer communications and ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate should also be confident in assisting with school tours and engaging with prospective parents interested in enrolling their child/children into the school.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer and parent inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
  • Provide accurate information regarding the school’s programmes, facilities, admission process, and services
  • Assist prospective parents with admission-related inquiries and initial guidance
  • Conduct and assist with school tours for prospective parents and visitors
  • Build positive relationships with parents and ensure a welcoming experience during school visits
  • Coordinate with the admissions and academic team regarding student enrollment matters
  • Handle customer concerns, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Maintain proper records of inquiries, visits, and follow-ups
  • Follow up with prospective parents to support the enrollment process
  • Support administrative and operational tasks when required


Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, or related field
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken & written)
  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk, admissions, or education industry is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with parents and visitors
  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and customer-focused
