Career Opportunity: Admin Executive (Sales & Logistics)

Bakery Laboratory (BakeLab) established itself in 2000 as a premier trading company supplying key ingredients to the baking and food industry. In 2024, BakeLab joined the Japan-based Group Tomizawa Shouten Inc. (Est. 1919), enhancing our global reach and operational excellence.

We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Admin Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for all sales-related matters and other administrative tasks, including administrative support, documentation, and logistics operations.

Position Overview

  • Position: Admin Executive
  • Reporting to: Sales Manager
  • Remuneration: S$2,400 – S$3,200 Monthly
  • Benefits: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Company Transport
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Alternate Saturdays, 8:30 am – 12:30 pm

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for all sales-related matters, as well as documentation and operational processes, ensuring the smooth flow of documentation and overall operational activities.

  • Invoicing: Responsible for the accurate and timely issuance of Sales Invoices.
  • Order Management: Meticulously match Purchase Orders (PO) against Delivery Orders (DO) and Note of Delivery (ND) to ensure 100% data integrity.
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage and oversee logistics to ensure smooth delivery schedules and precise documentation alignment.
  • Filing & Record Keeping: Establish and maintain a comprehensive filing system for all sales, POs, and departmental records.
  • Inter-departmental Liaison: Coordinate with various departments to support customers and partners in their sales, marketing, and communication needs.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the Food, Beverage, or FMCG industry.
  • Education: Diploma, or GCE ‘A’/‘O’ Level in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Competencies: High level of accuracy in documentation, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, take-charge attitude.
  • Mobility: Company transport is provided from Joo Koon MRT to the office.
