Job Summary

Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional retail experiences and achieve strategic business goals. Manage retail operations, drive customer engagement, and develop actionable growth plans to enhance sales performance and brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a sales team to consistently meet or exceed business targets through effective coaching and performance management
• Drive sales growth by delivering personalized customer service and implementing strategic customer relationship management initiatives
• Oversee retail operations by managing inventory control processes and executing visual merchandising standards to optimize store presentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers to ensure exceptional after-sales service and customer loyalty
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and develop targeted growth action plans that improve overall sales performance
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and compliance with company policies across all retail activities
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and support their career progression within the organization

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience, preferably within the entertainment sector
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing customers, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Strong leadership skills demonstrated through coaching and people management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
