Project Planning & Strategy

• Define project scopes, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Develop comprehensive timelines, milestones, and cost estimates using project scheduling tools.
• Align creative design strategies with overarching business objectives and client briefs. [1, 2, 3, 4]

2. Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Assign tasks, review workloads, and ensure all team members understand project requirements.
• Provide mentorship, training, and feedback to junior design team members. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

3. Execution & Monitoring

• Track projects against established schedules, budget, and quality targets.
• Manage the creative review process, ensuring designs are approved before presenting to stakeholders.
• Identify potential bottlenecks, assess project risks, and implement mitigation strategies. [1, 2, 3, 4]

4. Stakeholder & Client Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact between the creative team and the clients.
• Manage stakeholder expectations regarding project outcomes, aesthetic changes, and feasibility.
