We are looking for a responsible and reliable Assistant Operations Manager to support daily operations, oversee ground staff, and manage projects. This role is critical in ensuring smooth workflows, accountability, and operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with ground staff to supervise and coordinate daily operations.
Assist in managing and overseeing projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Oversee vehicle repair and maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Manage vehicle movements and deployment schedules.
Cover driving duties when necessary, ensuring continuity of operations.
Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Handle ad-hoc assignments on weekends when required.
Requirements
Valid Class 3 Driving License (Singapore).
Valid Bus Driver’s Vocational License (BDVL).
Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and accountability.
Ability to work independently and manage ground staff effectively.
Proficiency in basic computer applications: Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and email.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to be hands-on and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday (regular working days).
Saturday and Sunday assignments will be considered ad-hoc.
