Job Description
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and equipment, both indoors and outdoors.
- To ensure all the project work to be carried out in most economical and
- effective manners.
- To ensure proper planning of site work and to carry out work on scheduling.
- To be able to supervise to achieve quality of works and to comply with safety and environmental regulations.
- Attend briefings and site meetings.
- Able to respond and handle circumstances in which prompt action is required especially for emergency job.
- Lead, supervise and coordinate all work and worker at the site.
- Coordinate and monitor site worker's progress and ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, constructions plan, procedures within the timeline.
- Liaise and coordinate with architects, main contractor and sub-contractor, consultant to ensure overall progress as scheduled.
- Prepare site documentation (progress report/inspection/testing/daily record/minutes) as required.
- Able to plan and organize site work independently.
- Prepare requisition for materials and ensure all material deliver to site is aligned with purchase order.
- Check deliveries of good and reject material at site.
