Job Summary

You will capture and edit photos and videos of car installations and products, create engaging social media content, support digital marketing campaigns, and maintain company website listings. You will also prepare quotations and invoices, manage filing and customer records, and assist in scheduling and customer coordination.

Responsibilities

• Capture and edit photos and videos of car installations and products to support marketing efforts
• Create and publish social media content on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to engage target audiences
• Assist in executing digital marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility
• Maintain and update company website listings and marketing materials to ensure accurate information
• Ensure consistent brand presentation across all marketing channels and materials
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and receipts accurately for customer transactions
• Maintain organized filing and documentation systems for easy retrieval and compliance
• Enter and update customer records in databases to keep information current
• Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating communications with customers to support smooth operations

Prior experience in marketing, content creation, or admin is an advantage, but fresh polytechnic graduates are welcome.
