Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- Proficient in Mandarin and English
- Experience in online sales or e-commerce sales/marketing
- Familiar with CRM systems is a plus
- Able to work in a target or performance-based role
- Work closely with the marketing team (ads, campaigns, creatives)
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and SOP-driven
- Basic skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and close leads across social media professionally
- Work closely with the marketing team to support sales-driven campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and issue resolution
- Maintain fast response times and high customer satisfaction across online platforms
- Manage order-related matters end-to-end (appointments, refunds, returns)
- Support monthly promotions to drive traffic and sales
- Prepare basic daily reports to improve online customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
- Present products and services effectively via online platforms
