Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
- Familiar with advertising video structures, with basic design sense and aesthetic skills; able to create motion subtitles and simple animations.
- Creative thinker with the ability to complete projects independently, strong time management skills, and able to adapt quickly to revisions and changes.
- Sensitive to social media trends and able to achieve monthly KPIs/work targets, including producing a specified number of ad videos and improving ad CTR, ROAS, and video completion rates.
Responsibilities
- Plan advertising video content, video shooting, and post-production editing.
- Responsible for editing various advertising videos, including Facebook / Instagram Ads.
- Produce high-conversion advertising videos based on company performance goals.
- Optimize advertising creatives (Performance Creative) and create multiple video versions for A/B Testing.
- Quickly understand advertising directions and customer pain points to create sales-driven advertising videos.
- Write social media captions, ad copy, and script concepts aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives
