Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in company systems while ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in internal databases and company systems to support operational needs
• Verify data entries for accuracy and completeness to ensure data integrity
• Review and correct data discrepancies to maintain reliable records
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies
• Generate reports and retrieve data promptly as requested by team members or management
• Organize and maintain digital and physical records to facilitate easy access and retrieval
• Support administrative tasks as needed to contribute to smooth office operations
• Meet deadlines consistently by managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks
• Follow instructions carefully and demonstrate willingness to learn new processes and tools

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic computer literacy, including typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel or similar tools
• Attention to detail to ensure high accuracy in data handling
• Responsible work attitude and ability to meet deadlines

• Job Type: Full-time
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
