• Job Title: Receptionist (Customer Service)

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and well-spoken Receptionist to be the face of our company. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression for all visitors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally to create a welcoming environment
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries clearly and promptly
• Schedule and manage appointments to ensure efficient use of time and resources
• Maintain an organised and tidy reception area to uphold company image
• Receive and process incoming mail, deliveries, and courier services accurately
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing to support office operations
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate smooth daily operations
• Address customer feedback and enquiries to enhance service quality

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, retail, or front desk roles to support effective client interactions
• Bilingual communication skills to engage with diverse customers in Singapore
