Responsibilities :

• Provide day-to-day IT support for desktop and laptop hardware, including setup, troubleshooting, repair, and basic maintenance
• Support common workstation applications such as Microsoft Office, antivirus software, Adobe Acrobat, and compression utilities
• Perform first-level network troubleshooting, including wireless connectivity and VoIP phone support
• Set up and prepare new workstations for users, including operating system and software installation
• Manage user administration tasks such as user ID creation, email account setup, and password resets
• Assist in POS software staging, configuration, and testing
• Support POS system deployment, rollout, upgrades, and replacements at islandwide retail outlets
• Perform basic hardware installation, setup, and troubleshooting for POS machines
• Provide on-site and remote support during deployment and IT project activities
• Participate in IT support and infrastructure upgrade projects as assigned
• Carry out any other IT-related duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements :

• Diploma, certification, or relevant studies in IT, Computer Studies, or a related discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and IT troubleshooting
• Ability to diagnose and resolve laptop and basic hardware issues
• Hardware or POS-related experience will be an advantage
• Able to work with users of different levels and nationalities
• Conversant in English with good communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Positive working attitude and professional disposition
• Willingness to travel islandwide for deployment and support work when required
