Job overview:

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) to support critical business applications. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot system issues, improve application performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. Prior experience in banking or financial services is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across critical business systems.

• Provide hands-on support for Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) and application remediation.

• Analyse system performance and recommend improvements.

• Support application stability, enhancements, and production support activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless system integration.

• Document issues, resolutions, and technical processes.

• Provide technical guidance and contribute to system improvements and key decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) – Mandatory.

• Advanced experience in Application Remediation / Application Support – Mandatory.

• Experience in application support, production support, or engineering support.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
