You are involved in seeking out quality candidates, confirming their qualifications and placing them in open roles at a company. Your duties include researching job seekers and inviting them to apply to a job, screening candidates through phone/online/physical/AI interviews and filling out hiring paperwork ( reference check etc) and support them onboarding.

You are provided AI Agent assistant throughout this process and you need to make full use of AI solutions on your work for better productivity.

• Sourcing & Attraction: Develops strategies to find candidates using job boards, social media, networks, and employee referrals.
• Screening & Evaluation: Reviews resumes and conducts phone or video interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Hiring Management: Collaborates with department managers to define role requirements and create job descriptions.
• Interview Coordination: Schedules interviews, manages candidate communication, and provides feedback to both parties.
• Offer Negotiation: Extends offers, negotiates salary and benefits, and closes candidates.
• Onboarding Support: Ensures a smooth transition for new hires by preparing paperwork and coordinating onboarding tasks.
• Reporting & Administration: Maintains applicant tracking systems (ATS), sends weekly hiring reports, and ensures compliance with employment laws.

Required Skills

• Communication: Ability to "connect" potential job seekers for promoting roles and interviewing.
• Languages s: Proficiency in English with Mandarin/Korean/Japanese as strong bonus
• Emotinal Intelligence: High in calmness of emotion and ability to pick her self up for challenges
• Technical Proficiency: Open to leverage on AI Agents to support all sources of sourcing
• Education: A min Diploma/bachelor's degree

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
