Responsibilities:

• Understand and adhere to all relevant operational procedures.
• Coordinate and communicate with customers and transporters on daily issues.
• Plan orders to ensure timely delivery/collection in accordance with customer requirements.
• Gather data and prepare accurate reports as needed.
• Administer cycle count activities.
• Ensure all incoming (including exchanges and returns) and outgoing shipments are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure that all shipment documentation is correct and submitted on time.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts and ensure their implementation.
• Report any receiving non-conformances to the Executive.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidates with Nitec/Diploma in Logistics are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, VBA).
• Experience with operations dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Effective communication skills with internal and external customers.
