Role Overview

Join the Global Services Division of a leading China-based cloud technology provider as a Technical Architecture Engineer. Due to business confidentiality, the specific company name will be shared by the recruitment consultant during the hiring process.

In this role, you will act as a key technical consultant, empowering international enterprise customers by delivering robust cloud solutions, managing complex migration projects, and ensuring the seamless implementation of Public Cloud initiatives.

You will bridge hands-on technical troubleshooting with strategic project delivery, supporting global business initiatives for FY26-Q4.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Delivery & Support: Provide expert-level technical support for users of a leading China-based cloud technology provider, specializing in complex troubleshooting and the delivery of high-performance technical solutions.
• Cloud Implementation: Lead deployment and migration workstreams according to project service SOWs, ensuring high-quality execution and timely completion of tasks.
• Technical Consulting: Analyze complex technical scenarios, track issue resolution progress, and summarize customer usage patterns to maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Operational Excellence: Improve team efficiency by optimizing internal processes and implementing automation tools.
• Client Engagement: Work directly with customers on-site, with 30%–50% regional travel required, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in cloud platform development, technical support, or cloud architecture.
• Core Systems: Deep understanding of Linux system architecture, including command-line proficiency.
• Programming: Strong fundamentals with proficiency in at least one language: Java, Go, or Python.
• Cloud Native: Familiarity with modern infrastructure, including Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker.
• Infrastructure Knowledge: Solid grasp of core services such as DNS, NTP, YUM, and Firewall configurations.
• Competencies: Exceptional problem-solving skills, high technical sensitivity, and a strong awareness of risk management.
• Communication: Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is mandatory to support our global customer base.
