Job Description
- Lead or co-lead the end-to-end planning and implementation of SAP ERP, from requirement analysis to go-live and stabilization.
- Work with business stakeholders (finance, procurement, logistics, production, warehouse, etc.) to understand current processes, identify gaps, and define future-state processes in SAP.
- Conduct solution design workshops, propose SAP best-practice solutions, and align on process blueprints.
- Define and document functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams (ABAP / integration teams) for development of custom objects, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
- Coordinate and oversee system configuration across relevant SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, QM – depending on your expertise).
- Plan and execute integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and cutover activities together with business and IT teams.
- Support data migration planning and execution, including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and issues, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.
- Provide post go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of SAP processes and functionalities.
- Collaborate with other application teams (e.g., MES, WMS, Oracle ERP, in-house systems) to ensure end-to-end process integration in a smart factory environment.
- Contribute to SAP governance and standards, including change management, documentation, and training materials for key users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA), including at least 2 full-cycle implementation or major rollout projects.
- Strong expertise in at least one or two core modules, such as:
FI/CO, SD, PP , WM / EWM, QM
- Business process analysis and solution design in SAP
- System configuration in relevant modules
- Writing/validating functional specifications for custom developments and integrations
- Familiarity with SAP integration approaches (IDoc, RFC, Web Services, APIs, or middleware) for connecting SAP with external systems (e.g., MES, WMS, legacy ERPs).
- Experience with testing management (integration tests, UAT) and cutover planning.
- Good understanding of data migration concepts and tools (e.g., LSMW, migration cockpit, or similar).
- Strong experience working within a structured project environment (e.g., SAP Activate, ASAP, or similar methodologies).
