Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop, implement and manage business plan to maximize sales and achieve target & business KPIs.
- Jointly establish & ensure sales target are met by sales personnel
- Solicit and drive sales to ensure team overall objective and sales target are met
- Motivate, guide and coach sales personnel
- Jointly develop and plan for marketing and sales campaign
- Leverage on community relationships to maximize sales
- Develop and maintain a network of local business contacts
- Cross selling of other retail banking products eg. ASB, PF, credit cards, and etc.
- Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Bank
- Oversight on code of ethics of ASM/SC - PF-i of sales process and activities
- Jointly plan for recruitment and retention of sales personnel
- Motivate, coaching and mentoring sales personnel for peak performance
