We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Processing Clerk in our anime product division. The successful candidate will handle end-to-end order processing, ensure data accuracy, and provide smooth coordination among procurement, warehouse, logistics, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Process and input our orders to manufacturer in our ERP system
Verify order details including pricing, product specifications, delivery destination, delivery term
Update and track order status in the system and communicate timely to relevant internal teams
Coordinate with Merchandizing, Vendors, Warehouse, Sales and Accounting departments to resolve issues
Handle order modifications, cancellations, returns…etc.
Maintain accurate order records and reports
Perform general administrative and clerical support as required

Requirements
Higher Diploma or above (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields preferred)
1–2 years relevant experience in order processing, sales administration, or logistics
Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a definite advantage
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word & Outlook); experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
Immediate availability is highly preferred
