Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Finance Related Work
- Bookkeeping & Ledgers: Recording daily financial transactions, including purchases, receipts, and payments. Maintaining statement of accounts for debtors
- Billing & Invoicing: Generating invoices, ensuring e-invoicing compliance, and managing purchase orders.
HR Related Work
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing orientation for new hires.
- Office Administration: Handling clerical duties, gathering attendance data, tracking hours, supporting benefits administration and answering staff queries
Licensing & Compliance Related Work
- License Management: Tracking, applying for, and renewing business licenses, permits, and ISO/regulatory compliance documents to prevent operational disruptions.
- Operational Workflows: Streamlining day-to-day administration, coordinating with external vendors, and overseeing procurement needs.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining organized databases, tracking license expiry dates, and ensuring document accuracy including submission dates for information required for different parties
Requirements:
- Language: Must haves are English & BM (Mandarin & Cantonese will be an added advantage)
- Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in any industry but fresh grads are also welcomed to apply
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and ability to multitask
