As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support our recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and daily HR administrative functions.
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to candidate enquiries and coordinate interview arrangements
Conduct initial phone screenings before scheduling face-to-face interviews
Post job advertisements across various recruitment platforms
Create engaging recruitment content using Canva or AI tools for social media postings
Perform data entry of new hires’ information into the HR Management System (HRMS)
Maintain proper employee documentation, filing systems, and records
Assist in payroll processing, including data entry and verification
Prepare Letters of Appointment (LOA) and support onboarding for new employees
Provide general HR administrative support and coordination
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
Prior HR or administrative experience is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
Familiarity with HRMS systems will be an added advantage
Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
