HIRING: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EXECUTIVE (CANTONESE SPEAKER)

Location: Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur
Salary Range: RM4,000 – RM7,500
Working Hours: Shift-based schedule

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a customer-focused individual to support daily customer interactions and booking operations in a fast-growing travel environment.

This role combines customer support + sales conversion + operations coordination.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and live chat
• Assist customers with travel bookings and itinerary adjustments
• Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Ensure accurate handling of customer data and booking details
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain proper records using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
• Provide feedback to improve customer experience and services

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2 – 8 years experience in customer service / support roles
• Background in travel, hospitality, or service industry is preferred
• Fluent in Cantonese & English (MANDATORY)
• Mandarin is an added advantage
• Comfortable working shifts (including evenings & weekends)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with CRM tools is a plus

WORKING SCHEDULE

• Sunday: 9:00AM – 6:00PM
• Monday – Thursday: 2:00PM – 10:00PM
• Friday & Saturday: Off
