Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Design digital circuit functional blocks by translating LiDAR signal processing algorithms into chip-level digital logic architecture, including RTL design, functional verification, and resource optimization.
2. Responsible for co-design of analog front-end (AFE) and digital signal processing modules, including interface and integration of key blocks such as TDCs, amplifiers, comparators, and ADCs.
3. Perform mixed-signal co-simulation and verification to ensure timing integrity and functional correctness across analog-digital interface designs.
4. Collaborate with LiDAR system-level engineers to optimize chip-level control circuitry that interfaces with the laser emitter and optical receiving systems.
5. Develop comprehensive digital and analog test patterns to support chip testing; ensure CP (chip probing) test coverage exceeds 98.5% for digital logic.
