A well established innovative design company producing electronic products for the medical industry is looking for an engineering manager. 

• Running a team of engineers it requires someone with hands on experience, with a strong design background preferably in the firmware and hardware design related area and good project management and people skills University degree or related discipline

• Knowledge of IoT and RF design would be an advantage.

• Minimum 10 years of practical experience in project management

• Possess strong electronic Engineering knowledge

• Should have experience in using management project tools to get the best out of the engineering team with time, task and target setting. Will work to design schedules and procedures as set out in ISO 13485 & 9001

• A person with multitasking skills and a ‘Can do’ attitude willing to set goals and make sure they are achieved. A candidate who gets results will be rewarded.

• Must be able interface with customers to discuss project designs and will be given full responsibility for running the department.
